MAC
PRESIDENT, CEO
Mac has been working in the pool industry as early as 16 years of age. Mac’s father, Marcel, started the company in 1994 and taught him everything he knows. Through many years of trial and error, Mac has grown to be a competent and leading pool installer as well as renovator in the Okanagan Valley.
ASHLEY
VP, CFO
Mac’s beloved wife, Ashley, had purchased the business with Mac in 2023. She has been working in the business since 2021. Ashley is our Chief Financial Officer, as well as in charge of all the home shows, sales events, and retail design.
MELISSA
STORE MANAGER POOL & SPA ENTHUSIAST
Melissa joined the team in 2023. Melissa is head of hot tub sales, as well as in charge of shipping receiving, chemical sales, water analysis, and parts sales.
CURTIS
MAINTENANCE MANAGER SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Curtis has joined Sundance’s team in 2021. Curtis is head of the maintenance division for both pools and hot tubs. He is also a lead technician in both hot tubs and pool service calls.
CHRIS
SERVICE TECHNICIAN POOL BUILDER
Chris has joined our team in 2023. Chris is head of tub deliveries, liner installs, and pool renovations. Chris also works in the store as a sales representative for hot tubs.
SHELDON
LEAD TECHNICIAN POOL & SPA SPECIAILIST
Sheldon has been with Sundance since 2000. Sheldon is a lead technician in service calls, motor repairs, PCB repairs, robotic cleaner repairs, as well as head of the plumbing department.

Our commitment extends beyond sales; we offer a lifetime of service to our clients. We understand the consumer perspective, having been there ourselves, and we’re always ready to lend a hand, offer advice, and guide you in the right way—at an affordable price.
We stand behind our products, continuously seeking to provide our customers with the latest in technology. We know when to say no to projects that don’t meet our high standards. Our expertise includes liner renovations, builds, technical service, hot tub sales, repairs, and chemical sales, as well as commercial and residential pool and hot tub maintenance.
We strive for excellence by keeping our staff informed and up-to-date with new courses in the pool industry. Unlike some other trades, there is virtually no required schooling to become a pool technician/installer. At Sundance, we require each staff member to complete a pool operator course and attend regular chemical and technical training seminars.
Safety is our number one priority. We never take risks lightly. Many years ago, Mac’s brother Jeffrey was electrocuted on the job site while working on a pool. The incident turned the family’s world upside down, but fortunately, Jeffrey survived, and so did we, more aware and cautious than ever.
